This is the last day of 31 Days to a Better Butt! I hope by now you appreciate the significance of training these very important muscles for a healthy, fit, and pain-free life. I’ve given you 27 days of exercises and 3 days of stretches. And now I’ll very quickly cover everything else.
Building a better butt is part and parcel of building a better body overall. Everything you do impacts your health and fitness. You need to consider nutrition and diet, rest and recovery, sleep, stress, overall activity levels, and your exercise program goals. Fitness is not an isolated event, but a way of life that encompasses how you live and function.
Obviously, I can’t cover all these subjects in one short blog post or even a year of posts. If you’re interested in your health, fitness, and yes, even your butt, start doing some research. I’ve listed some reference links on the home page of this series. Check them out and learn more about your own body. It’s really interesting actually. Hire an expert if you need help getting started. And I’ll post more info going forward.
