  1. Greetings, Marlton Trainer,

If I might borrow your quote for the day I would say to you, “You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be.” – David Viscott

I write to thank you for wishing me well on my set goals. I know that it is a challenge, but I love to challenge myself. I am not perfect, but I like to do things to bring about changes for the common good…with God’s help.

With regards to the real Marlton, which is your spirit, it is willing, but your flesh is speaking loudly to you, and you have to listen to what it is saying. In addition, through medical science, you have strong evidence to convince your ego that the flesh can go thus far for now. And as of now you must take a long rest – an indefinite rest, so that your healing process is not hindered. Please note that taking a rest indefinitely from laborious exercise and training does not necessarily say that you have quitted. I believe that there is something bigger in store for you than that what you body is saying no to at this point in time. It is time to follow the real you, that is, your inner man. What does your inner man, or your spirit wants to do? Your spirit wants to do the leading now so that you would become “the person you (the spirit man) want to be. Which way would you follow? Is it your flesh or your spirit? May God give you the wisdom you need in your decision making.

    God bless you. Peace.

    Redeeming Luv:
