Plyometric Training – Jumping

Athletic Fitness Concepts owner Gary Hendri offers plyometric training for clients wanting to develop fast twitch muscle fibers and explosive power. Watch both children and adults do different kinds of jumps to get stronger, faster, and more powerful.

I love jumping and consider it a fun challenge! I’m not able to jump right now with my back still healing, but I’ll get back to it as soon as I can. Not all of our clients can jump, but those that can, benefit from training their fast twitch muscle fibers. Plyometrics help build explosive power, aid fat loss and muscle growth, and improve speed.
